Go Home Essentials
What comes with my puppy when they go home?
Each Sac River puppy goes home with a thoughtfully prepared go-home bundle to help make the transition as smooth and stress-free as possible for both you and your puppy.
Here is what's included:
30 days of complimentary pet insurance through Trupanion
This coverage is completely free as long as enrollment is completed within the required timeframe (no later than the day after your puppy goes home). We strongly recommend setting this up before pickup day so coverage begins immediately.
Comfort blanket with familiar scents
Each puppy goes home with a blanket that has:
• Washed in the same detergent we use for their bedding
• Handled by us, their littermates, and mom
• Played with shortly before going home
This helps provide comfort and familiarity during the transition.
A starter toy
Toys should always be supervised, especially with young puppies. We include a safe starter toy, but we encourage monitoring to ensure it isn’t torn apart or ingested.
Food & treat samples
• Sample of the kibble your puppy is currently eating, Royal Canin
• Sample of pawTree treats
• Supplement samples
NuVet Vitamin
Your puppy has been receiving NuVet supplements in powder form mixed into their food.
We send home wafer samples, which can:
• Be given as a treat once your puppy is comfortable
• Or crumbled over food if preferred
We also include discount information if you choose to continue using them. Use code 611142!
Veterinary records
You’ll receive documentation showing:
• First age-appropriate vaccinations
• Fecal testing
• Complete health exam

• Care, enrichment, and training foundations your puppy received here
• Birth certificate & litter report card
A keepsake record of your puppy’s start and litter details.

A discount code for Baxter & Bella online training, SRG25
This is a lifetime family membership, not limited to just one dog …meaning it can be used again if you add another dog in the future.
Two Year Health Guarantee
All of our puppies are covered by a two-year genetic health guarantee – part of our commitment to responsible breeding.
PUPPY TRANSPORTATION
Getting Your Puppy Home
At Sac River Goldendoodles & Bernedoodles LLC, we understand that not every family is located nearby, so we’re happy to offer flexible puppy transportation and delivery options when needed.
We can arrange meetups within Missouri airports for families flying in, or personal puppy delivery for an additional fee depending on distance and scheduling.
All transportation arrangements are handled directly through us so families can feel comfortable knowing their puppy is traveling safely with someone they know and trust from our program.
We do our best to make bringing home your new Goldendoodle, Bernedoodle, or Bernese Mountain Dog puppy as smooth and stress-free as possible while prioritizing the safety and wellbeing of every puppy.
